Welcome to the Venturing Crew 241 Web Site! We hope that you enjoy taking a look at what we have to offer. Venturing is a Co-Ed program in scouting for ages 14 - 20. We are an Outdoor High Adventure Crew. Check out our photo and video gallery to see what we do!

As Crew President of Venturing Crew 241, I invite you to take a look at our program, photo gallery, and some of our videos. We are an Outdoor High Adventure Crew, and over the past few years, we have backpacked the 100-Mile Wilderness in Maine, Canoed the Allagash Wilderness Waterway in Maine, climbed Mount Washington in New Hampshire, and hiked and biked in Acadia National Park. You are welcome to visit with us at any of our meetings, and take a look at our event listing for this program year.

  • 2010 Upcoming Events
    • Weekend of September 24th is the Insomniac's Revenge weekend!  Continuous 36 hours of programming for a Northeast Venturing event!  Sleep is optional.

 

  • Congrats to Nathan K who completed working at Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation
  • Congrats to Josh Minnich who completed his summer as a backpacking ranger at Elkhorn High Adventure base in the Rocky Mountains
  • Thanks to Mr. Fitterling who responded to medical emergencies on the outbound and returning flight from our high adventure trip.
