Thanks again to everyone for making last evening very special to me. I am humbled by receiving the Venturing Leadership award for something that I love and enjoy so much. The food was amazing so thanks to everyone who contributed. I've helped with a lot of Eagle Court of Honors, and it was strange to be sitting on the other side of an award ceremony! Thanks Wes for all the hard work planning, and the photo slide show. I continue to be inspired by our Crew (scouts and leaders) and love to see the spirit of outdoor adventure continue to grow with each crew member. We have an exciting high adventure in Maine this summer, and a possible Sea Kayak/Sea Cave trip to California next summer. What an awesome program to be part of and share with my leaders whom I consider brothers and sisters, and with all of the scouts. Thanks again for an amazing evening of friendship, and of course, the food!!!

ATTENTION MAINE HIKERS: Dear Hikers, our April Training hike will be canceled ….

ATTENTION MAINE HIKERS:

Dear Hikers, our April Training hike will be canceled . Myself and Tim will not be able to attend due to our job demands. However no mater what happens we will still get in the May 20-miler.
We will go over everything in detail At the next Crew Meeting. Erin we might have to start a half hr early. This will be the last meeting before Crew members head to their Camp jobs.
At this point I feel confident in everyone's skills after what I saw last hike. We will have about 12/13 Hrs of Trail time together on the 20-miler . Have the Crew members bring the Crew Cook Kit, Maps and Small stove to the next meeting. All Mainer's need to attend the 20-Miler.
Thank YOU Curt (Lone Eagle) Fitterling
(Everyone going to Maine, or even thinking of going to Maine needs to be at the meeting on the 6th of May at 4:30! It will be our last chance to talk over details as a whole.)
See you all there!
-Erin
